SmartSource Adaptive
The SmartSource® Adaptive is the most flexible MICR-enabled imaging solution available—and is capable of scanning a wide variety of intermixed document types.

Based on the successful SmartSource Series check imaging platform, the Adaptive incorporates many of the proven features first introduced on the Professional and Expert series models. Standard functionality is the unique track design and unmatched endorsement capabilities on this latest addition to the SmartSource family.

Superior paper handling has long been a staple in our products, and this trait was critical in the design of a multi-feed scanner that could flawlessly accommodate different document types. Ease of use was also a key consideration, and extra care was taken to ensure that the entry path for documents was easily accessible and allowed for proper placement of documents.

SmartSource Value Series
The Value series makes it easy and affordable to convert to image-based remote deposit capture. This entry-level device provides all the functionality needed for low-volume item capture – it’s the perfect solution for customers who do not anticipate increased performance requirements. The Value series is available in a speed of 30 documents per minute (dpm) with a single pocket and single item feeder. However, this simple configuration can be upgraded to include Color and OCR options. The Value series also offers front and rear image capture, multiple image renditions and one to four line endorsement making this a highly efficient yet affordable option.


SmartSource Professional and Expert Series
The Expert series, with its "on-board intelligence", can process items across an Ethernet network independent of a local PC. On-board processing eliminates security risks by performing quality decisions, image security and digital signature – all at the time of capture. Conversely, the Professional series is a perfect fit in any PC-based environment.
