ImageSilo® Becomes First Cloud Computing Offering from Cranel

Greenwood Village, CO – October 25, 2011 – Digitech Systems announced today that it has entered into
an agreement with Cranel Imaging. The agreement will allow Cranel Imaging to utilize its business
partners to resell ImageSilo, the cloud Enterprise Content Management (ECM) service. Cranel can also
distribute PaperVision® Enterprise, the comprehensive on-premise ECM software system, and
PaperVision® Capture, Digitech Systems’ high-volume scanning application through their network of
partners.
After an extensive market search, Cranel selected ImageSilo as the first cloud-based technology in its
product line. “We were particularly impressed by ImageSilo and the Digitech Systems’ track record of
success,” said Scott Slack, Vice President of Marketing. “Cranel has always focused on bringing real
value to organizations through the technologies and solutions we offer. Digitech Systems has a solid
reputation for quality products that are easy to use, and this new partnership will be an asset to our
portfolio of offerings.”

ImageSilo from Digitech Systems is the only Software as a Service (SaaS) ECM available from Cranel. It
enhances the company’s offering of other Enterprise Content Management, imaging and capture products
currently available from vendors such as Canon, EMC, and Kodak.
