Click Here to download Formatta Filler – the Formatta application that allows you to view and complete forms on the go. You’ll need this to fill out your application. |

Click on either the Level I link or the Level II link below and fill out the credential registration page – this will allow you to “eSign” the partner agreement. You will receive an email with a link and a user name and password to the actual Reseller Application Form (2 pages). Now the great thing about Formatta is that all the information that you filled out in step one for your credentials will auto-populate on the Reseller Application Form. |

Review page two of the Reseller Application Form and click Sign/Submit. You will be asked to enter your user name and password so refer back the email from Step 2. Once you enter your credentials you are done with the hard part. The easy part is selling the Formatta solution to your customers. |
